- Hi, Prior to their trip, my grandparents looked up AirlineCounter. This was the beginning of their very amazing trip to Chicago. In order to travel comfortably and without needless stress, they sought trustworthy airport counsel. They were taken aback by how easy and soothing the experience was once they got to the airport.
